All the amenities of Jolly Harbour with its marina and golf course and much more are just a few minutes walk away. This modern detached spacious villa with its own large pool is situated in a tranquil setting with wonderful views over a protected bird sanctuary and water inlet making it the perfect getaway holiday home. With 4 bedrooms all en suite and fifth shower room, it sleeps 8 people and benefits from full air conditioning and ceiling fans. Cable TV and Internet facilities are provided. It is fully equipped with outdoor furniture, BBQ and sun loungers, perfect for al fresco living on the large decked area surrounded by tropical gardens.
