This villa is a duplex 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom exquisittely finished and very well furnished beach villa in the heart of The St. James's Club. Only steps to Coco Beach and Mamora Bay. It is close to all 4 restaurants, and the 4 pools.
It has a beautiful view of the bay area.
The villa is 1500 square feet of indoor space, with European kitchen and appliances, 30 in refrigirator, freezer. The master bedroom has a king size bed with pillow top brand new mattress, and the master bathroom has a sunken tub and shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, which can be combined into one king size bed, with adjoining second bathroom.
All counters are made of italian granite.
The living room has 32 inch flat screen HDTV, with cable service, DVD, and home theater,Am, Fm stereo with Ipod deck
There is outdoor space on both levels. The upstairs one is 400 square feet and furnished with a dinette set and 2 lounging chairs.
Wireless internet connection is available in the lobby, free of charge
The resort is on 100 acre site, has 2 beaches: Coco beach and the Mamora bay beach.There are 4 restaurants to choose from, club car service,all water sports are complimentary except for diving.
