Vacation Rental Description
This fully air-conditioned villa has 3 double bedrooms. All are en-suite and include sliding mirror-door wardrobes. The main living area has glass doors to 2 sides to allow access to the veranda areas. This villa is on an exclusive development with its own private swimming pool. This is the only villa with a full size pool, not a plunge pool. Jolly Harbour, the premier marina, golf and leisure resort in the Caribbean, is situated on the beautiful west coast of Antigua. This extensive complex offers the largest and finest marina in the Caribbean and superb recreation facilities. There is a fine 18-hole golf course and a sports centre with tennis and a squash court for the actively minded, whilst the commercial centre has a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket to sustain the needs for everyday living. Close to one of the best beaches in the world! Antigua is about 14 miles long by 11 miles wide and is renowned for it's 365 stunning beaches and miles of picturesque coves.
Golf
The Jolly Harbour Golf Club has an 18 hole par 71, 6001 yards course. Facilities include a driving range, clubhouse with restaurant, bar, pro shop and club rental. The Cedar Valley Golf Club is north-east of St John's and has an 18 hole par 69, 5932 yards course. Clubs and carts are for hire.

VC Bird International airport at St Johns, 20 minutes drive.

The entrance to Jolly Harbour Marina and resort is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. This extensive complex offers the largest and finest marina in the Caribbean and superb recreation facilities. A fine 18-hole golf course and a sports centre with swimming pool, tennis courts, and a squash court cater for the actively minded, whilst the commercial centre has a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket to sustain the needs for everyday living. For all it's many amenities, Jolly Harbour remains a sophisticated and tranquil setting to while away the holiday hours.
Everything on Antigua is within easy driving distance. Travel a few miles down the stunning coastline and you soon come to Fig Tree Drive. Here you drive through the amazing rain forest. You can take a 'tree top trail' through the forest canopy. As you head further south you come to English Harbour & Nelsons Dockyard. Loads more places for eating out and a great selection of local stores.
Facilities
Kitchen: The kitchen area is fully fitted with a range of base and wall units and includes a stove with oven and hob, and an American style refrigerator. The kitchen also has double door access to the dining veranda. Utility Room: Washing machine. Living Rooms: The main living area features glass doors to two sides, providing access to the veranda areas and unrestricted scenic views. Includes satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, DVD and CD libraries and high-speed internet connection (subject to availability). Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Linen and towels included and changed along with maid service once a week. Additional maid service on request.
Activities
Cricket is a passion in Antigua. If you are a cricket fan you must visit the new Sir Viv Richards Stadium or The Stickey Wicket West Indies Cricket Hall of Fame.
The other passion is Sailing! For sailing enthusiasts try and catch Antigua Sailing Week or the Antigua Classic Yacht Race. Other aquatic sports include diving and snorkeling. Crystal clear waters ensure this is an amazing experience.
If you like to party there is plenty to do in Antigua. Loads of live music and if you can make it for Carnival then you are in for a real treat. Make sure you go to Shirley Heights Look Out (Nr English Harbour) for great Steelband & Reggae entertainment along with an open air Barbeque.
If you love Sun, Sea and Sand coupled with an amazing combination of both excitement and tranquility then Antigua is the place for you.

A booking deposit of 20% of the total rental price is payable when returning the booking form to us. 2. The balance of the total rental price is due 60 days before arrival. 3. A full copy of our booking terms and conditions is sent with the booking form. We can give a discount for payments made in US$ that are transfered directly to our account in Antigua.
