Swim in your private fresh-water pool on a lot surrounded by 7 foot concrete walls on 3 sides, then sip a drink in your oceanfront gazebo as the sun sets into the sea. A/C in both bedrooms and bathrooms, internet connectivity, daily maid service, greeting at the airport or ferry.
