Magnificent air-conditioned house taking up two upper floors of a 150 year-old brownstone townhouse. All bedrooms are located on the second floor and feature a queen-size bed. There is a full-bathroom with a shower and bathtub on the second floor and another bathroom with shower and powder room is on the main floor. 
 
14-feet ceilings grace the living and dining room, which are separated by a double fireplace (sub-zero winter use). The dining room can entertain 6 to 8 people, and adjoining is a well-appointed kitchen. For our business travellers, an office is available for your convenience. Behind the house awaits an inviting deck surrounded by plants and trees.

Occupation: Maximum 8 guests (4 bedrooms with queen size bed). 
 
Size: Approximately 2 250 square feet spread across two floors..

				High Season Price:	$399 per Day

Rate is based on quad occupancy. Please add $20.00 for each additional guest. A two night minimum stay is required over a week-end during high season (May 16th - Oct 15th). Special rates and conditions apply for major international events. Reservations cancelled 72hrs in advance will be subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 72hrs, no refund is possible, however, we will provide you with a gift certificate for your next stay.
