This apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a carefree stay: stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. There is also wireless internet, phone (local calls), TV with DVD player with DVD, CD player with CD, books, local-Activities-Guide and magazines. Towels, linens, soaps-basic, shampoo and toilet paper are provided.  
 
Located in a friendly neighborhood and a very safe area. No need to have a car...everything is very close... It is situated at 2-minutes walk from subway (Jarry) and only a 15 minute subway ride to downtown.  
 
We are located just steps away from all convenient amenities; drugstore, bakeries, butchers, grocery stores, liquor store and nice restaurants and it is just 20 minutes from the airport.

Situé dans le quartier Villeray à Montréal, nous vous proposons un charmant appartement de 4 pièces et 1/2: chambre adjacente au salon avec sofa-lit, cuisine toute équipée, salle à diner, salle de bain (bain-douche)et 2 balcons.  
 
Tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un séjour sans souci et même plus. Également: téléphone (appels locaux illimités), Internet sans fil, télévision, DVD, CD, serviettes, draps, accessoires de toilette tel que savons, shampoing et beaucoup plus encore. 
 
Pas besoin de voiture car nous sommes près de tout (2 minutes à pied du métro -15 minutes du Centre-ville).  
 
Près de toutes commodités: pharmacie, boulangeries, boucheries, épiceries, fruiteries, marchands de vins et de spiritueux ainsi que plusieurs restaurants.

The appartment is near Jarry Park with its outdoor swimming pool and tennis stadium (Uniprix Stadium-Rogers Cup) open year round, the Claude Robillard Sports Center (hosting the Olympic Games in 1976) and next to the bike path that drives (south) DownTown through the Plateau Mont-Royal or (north) on the edge of the Rivière-des-Prairies and the Parc de la Visitation (snowshoeing and cross country skiing in winter.

Occupancy: Rates are based on single/double occupancy. Add $10.00 per night for the additional person. Booking/Damage Deposit: For stays less than one month, a $250 CAD deposit is required to hold your reservation. This is a damage deposit and is not part of the room stay charges. Full payment is due upon check in. Upon checkout, an inspection of the unit will be made. The deposit will be refunded if the unit is returned in the same condition as it was rented within 30 business days. Cancellations: In high season (mid-june to mid-september) no refund will be possible. In other time, if you cancel 30 days prior to the arrival date, the booking deposit will be entirely refunded. If notice of cancellation is provided 30 days to 15 days prior to check in, 50% of booking deposit will be refunded. If cancellation occurs less than 15 days prior to check in, booking deposit will not be refunded.
