Chairs and a small table can be installed on the front balcony. Backward garden with patio table and chairs. 
Bedding, towels (including bath sheets) and household linen provided and taken care of by the owner. 
Smokers are asked not to smoke in the apartment, but can do so on the balconies and the garden.
