Fully furnished, 1350 square feet apartment on the second floor of a two stories building in a quiet neighborhood, a 10 min walk away from the METRO (see link below), JEAN-TALON MARKET, a large public market and JARRY PARK, a vast recreational area hosting international tennis opens; we are also 20 min away from downtown by metro, at a 10 min car ride away from LA TOHU, a gathering place for circus arts training, creation, production and performance, and a 5 min ride away from the main highways.

Includes three bedrooms, a living room with a light well, a combined kitchen and dining room area and an open space that can be used as an office or a fourth bedroom when using the folding queen size bed (see pictures). Rent includes everything: furniture, appliances, electricity, local phone, WIFI Internet access, parking on the street etc.
