Each apartment is 51 square metres (550 square feet) and has one large bedroom opening onto a private balcony, one bathroom, one kitchenette, one bright and spacious living-room, and all the necessary conveniences: washer-dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher, TV, DVD and CD players, high-speed Internet access, air conditioning, bedding, towels, china, etc.
Located North of the Plateau Mont-Royal district, our apartments give you access to one of Montreal’s hottest areas as well as the quietness and the security of a residential neighbourhood. In the Brébeuf-Parc Laurier Apartments, you find will yourself conveniently located

To confirm your reservation, you will have to send us a deposit of 25% of the rental fee in Canadian dollars either using Paypal.com, by money order or through transfer to our bank. The balance will be payable in cash or money order upon your arrival.
