It guarantees also partial payment for any damages to the apartment or to its contents during your stay. The entire amount left as reservation/security deposit will be refunded in full, on the date of departure, after verification that the apartment and all its contents are in the same condition as on date of arrival. The deposit can be sent by credit card, via our website on the reservation page at http://www3.sympatico.ca/miriam.bastien You will be taken to Paypal's secured payments website and the transaction will appear on your monthly credit card bill. 2. We also ask you to fill out the reservation form attached with the rental agreement that we send you. 3. The rent is payable in full at your arrival.
