60 square meters apartment (660 square feet) located directly downtown Montreal, few feet from Guy/Condordia metro station. Also nearby : Peel, McGill and Atwater metro stations, and many downtown bus routes. Air Conditioned or heated depending on dates of rental.

On the 21rst floor with 2 balconies and panoramic view of downtown Montreal and Mount Royal mountain. Direct access to the 22nd floor where you will find an inside heated pool, a launderette (clothes washers and dryers $) and a panoramic terrace (view of downtown Montreal, the Mont-Royal mountain and the St-Lawrence river)

Small convenient grocery store on the ground floor ("dépanneur"). Nearby bigger grocery stores (Provigo, IGA, PA and Mourelatos) and many boutiques, restaurants, cafés. Concordia University is located one street east.

The spacious main room has a table for 4, a comfortable double futon, sleeping a third and fourth person, cabled TV, sound system with radio, cassettes, CD, DVD, MP3 players etc. Telephone with answering machine. You can receive calls from anywhere but can do only local phone calls. This living-room opens on a big balcony facing north-west, on the Mount-Royal mountain.

The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed and also opens up on a spacious balcony facing the Mount-Royal mountain.

The kitchen corner is fully equiped : refrigerator, electric stove with 4 elements and oven. Micro-waves. Coffee maker, toaster and electric can-opener. Also all plates and ustensiles for 4.

The bathroom is equiped with bath and shower, hair-dryer, ironing iron and board. Bed linen and towels are included in rates.

Rates include everything : charges, water, electricity, heating or air conditioning, local phone calls, bed linen and towels.

Apartment Rental Rates Low Season Price : $750 High Season Price : $750 per Week

Rates can be negociated depending on lenght of stay and dates. Off season monthly rates also available A deposit of 25% of total rental cost is requested to confirm reservation. The final payment is due one month before the stay. Payments are made by bank transfers in canadian dollars or through Western Union. Payments made are non refundable. If requested, we can also accept other kinds of payment conditions. But we do not accept credit card payments. At check-in you will also be requested to leave a cash security deposit of $300 cad or usd or 250 euros. This guarentees eventual damages made to the accommodation by clients. The caution is given back to you at check-out if the apartment is left in good condition. The final cleanig fee is $65 cad. But we do not charge you anything if you take care yourself of the final cleaning (we take care ourself of the bed linen and towels cleaning) Check-in is normally at the end of the afternoon and check-out before noon.
