On the 21rst floor with balcony and panoramic view of downtown Montreal and the St-Lawrence river. Direct access to the 22nd floor where you will find an inside heated pool, a launderette (clothes washers and dryers $) and a panoramic terrace during the summer (view of downtown Montreal, the Mont-Royal mountain and the St-Lawrence river) 
 
Small convenient grocery store on the ground floor ("dépanneur"). Nearby bigger grocery stores (Provigo, IGA, PA and Mourelatos) and many boutiques, restaurants, cafés. Concordia University is located one street away. 
 
The spacious studio is equiped with a comfortable mural bed (bed linen included). Once you close the bed, the place could be considered as an office. Big dining table for 4, sofas, cabled TV, DVD player, hi-fi sound system (radio, CD and cassettes players). Téléphone : you can get calls from all over the world without charges, you can make only local calls (you need a phone card to call ouside the Montreal district). Personalized telephone answering machine. 
 
The kitchen corner is fully equiped : refrigerator, electric stove with oven, micro-waves, coffee maker, toaster and electric can opener. Dining set and ustensiles for 4.

Rates can be negociated depending on lenght of stay and dates. Off season monthly rates also available A deposit of 25% of total rental cost is requested to confirm reservation. The final payment is due one month before the stay. Payments are made by bank transfers in canadian dollars or through Western Union. At check-in you will also be requested to leave a cash security deposit of $300 cad or usd or 250 euros. This guarentees eventual damages made to the accommodation by clients. The caution is given back to you at check-out if the apartment is left in good condition. The final cleanig fee is $65 cad. But we do not charge you anything if you take care yourself of the final cleaning (we take care ourself of the bed linen and towels cleaning) Check-in is normally at the end of the afternoon and check-out before noon.
