    Check-in time is 5:00PM, Check-out is 10:00AM (or 11:00AM) depending on the rental unit. No smoking, no pets (some exceptions) and absolutely NO PARTIES. Deposit & cancellation policy: 50% of total payment is required upon booking with the balance due no later than 1 month prior to arrival. Guests will lose their deposit amount UNLESS we rebook the rental unit. We will make every effort to rebook and will refund the guest for every night that is resold. Security deposits are required. The amount depends on chalet/condo as the larger units requiring larger deposits. Number of guests are limited as per discussions & correspondence with guest. We need advanced notice of any increase in the size of your party, which is not to exceed the maximum set by us.
