The domain has been operated by the same owner since 1946. He constructed all the chalets and still lives next door. The 8.25 acre lot with the cabins was sold at the the beginning of January 2006. Four of the five chalets are rented for weekend, week and seasonally in spring, summer, fall, and winter typically for skiing due to its proximity to Mont Tremblant's North Side ski access and Park. Subject to availability, the site or part of it could be rented for group events. This would include use of the 5,000 square foot (100 foot) lakefront private access. We are dog friendly (as long as they and their owners are with us). Dog swimming is permitted accompanied by their (responsible) masters. In winter, it is also acceptable to bring them on the lake when snow-shoeing or cross-country skiing, again so long as the dog is under control so as not to bother others on the lake who might not be so partial to dogs as we are.
The land is located 7 km from the north side access of the Mont Tremblant ski hill, 8 km from the entrance to Mont Tremblant park with its own private lot on the pristine Lake Superior. Winter activities include alpine & cross country skiing, snowshoeing while during summer, spring and autumn outdoor activities include: motorcycling, biking, hiking, swimming, exploring, dining out, even shopping 15 minutes away, or just taking it easy and enjoying the beautiful nature in the area (best part of all plans). There is fine dining, a general store with an SAQ (alcohol) and petrol within walking distance. Activities may include, motorcycle tours, massage, arts and crafts, etc.

Depuis 1946 jusqu’en début 2006, ces chalets rustiques sur 8 acres ont été exploités par le propriétaire d’origine, qui demeure encore sur place. Les chalets, situé 7km du coté nord de Mont Tremblant et le parc, sont à louer quatre des cinq, à la weekend, semaine ou à la saison, durant la saison du ski, au printemps, en été et en automne. En fonction des disponibilités, on peut aussi louer le site au complet ou en partie pour y organiser un événement de groupe. Toute location donne accès à la plage privée de 465m2 qui borde le lac Supérieur sur 30m de long. Les chiens sont les bienvenus, pourvu que leur maître se conduise correctement.

Le domaine, avec plage privée sur le ravissant lac Supérieur, se situe à 7 km du mont Tremblant, versant nord, et à 8 km de l’entrée du parc national du Mont-Tremblant. En hiver, le ski alpin, le ski de fond et la raquette se pratiquent à quelques minutes de distance. Le reste de l’année, les activités comme la marche en montagne, la bicyclette, la moto, le shopping et les sorties au restaurant se pratiquent à 15 minutes de route et, mieux encore, on peut rester sur place et profiter de la nature. À distance de marche, on a accès à une table gastronomique ainsi qu’à un magasin général qui fait aussi office de comptoir de la SAQ, de station d’essence et de bureau de poste. D’autres activités sont aisément accessibles, comme les excursions en moto, les séances de massage et l’artisanat.
