3 Bedroom Cottage in Mont Tremblant Area

Our Mont-Tremblant cottage with outdoor 4 season private spa has a superb view on the Mont-Tremblant region and a lake access to a beach(4 minutes walk) in the winter turned into a skating ring. It is located only 2 minutes from the downtown of City of Mont-Tremblant, 12 minutes from the Tremblant ski and resort and 2 minutes from the Mont-Blanc ski hill. 
 
The chalet/condo offers 3 different floors, the top two having 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 4 double = 10 people), 1 1/2 bathroom and open concept living, dining and kitchen. 
The wooded kitchen on a heated floor is extremely equipped with an ice making fridge, a glass top stove, Cuisinart automatic coffee machine, Cuisinart toaster, electrical kettle, fondu pot, blender, cooking utensils, spices and much much more. 
The side door of the kitchen leads to a south exposure deck surrounded by nature (no close neihgbours) where there is a private 28 jets 4 season Hot Tub (Spa), a gas BBQ* and a patio set during the summer. 
The dinning room has 12 chairs (2 of them hidden in the entrance's closet), a view on the sunset over the Mont-Tremblant region and on the living room's fireplace. 
The living room offers a stone fireplace, 2 italian leather sofas and an entertainment unit with a 37" LCD TV, Star Choice satellite (Platine Bilingual Choice with Movie Channels), a Home Theater DVD/CD player and a surround sound system. 
There is a powder room on the main floor (living floor) with a toilet and a sink and there is a complete bathroom upstairs with heated flooring, a stand up shower, 2 sinks, a toilet and a deep 6' bath tub. 
 
The basement holds a fourth bedroom (1 double bed and 2 single = 4 people)available on demand for additionnal price (total of 14 people with upstairs) and an additional bachelor condo. 
 
The BBQ and patio set are not available during winter months.

Outdoor features : There is a fenced-in playground on the beach area by the lake. The beach is clean, sandy and goes down in the water very gradually and is very safe for young children. In the winter, the lake turns into a huge free skating rink, there is also a section with hockey nets and a heated cabin to put on your skates. Area : The cottage is situated 2 minutes drive from downtown City of Mont-Tremblant (formerly known as St-Jovite) where you can choose from gorgeous Grocery stores, restaurants, bars, pubs, microbreweries, shopping, etc. There is a 9 holes golf (Les Ruisseaux) only 1 minute drive from the cottage and a choice of 8 18 holes within 10 minutes drive. Mont-Blanc alpine ski resort is only 2 minutes drive and Tremblant resort 15 minutes. The Emond Go- Kart (karting) is 2 minutes drive and there is also « Parc National du Mont-Tremblant » with a plefora of outdoor activities only a bit further
