This Mont Tremblant Vacation Home is a 1600 square foot chalet / cottage on an acre property filled with maple and fir trees which makes it private yet not isolated. The chalet is situated on top of a small mountain which provides spectacular views of the mountains and valleys in the area, particularly in the winter. This peaceful Quebec mountaintop chalet / cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, games room with pool table, dart board, Cable TV/VCR/DVD, VHS videos, and boardgames. It is fully carpeted, with fireplace, and firewood is provided. There are decks off the living/dining area and a games room on the lower level providing access to a private acre lot with a children's play centre and bonfire area. It is just minutes to both Mont Tremblant and Mont Blanc ski resorts, and it offers numerous choices for golf within short drives in the summer. Balance due two weeks prior to arrival. $600.00 Cdn. Damage Deposit and signed Security Agreement required. Cancellation 25% of deposit refunded if cancelled more than 30 days before scheduled arrival date. Deposit non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of scheduled arrival date. Fees & Taxes 5% Canadian Goods and Services Tax (GST) not included in posted rates
