Payment: 50% deposit required to confirm booking. Visa/Mastercard accepted. Deposit refundable if cancellation notice received 21 days pre date of arrival,less $50 fee. If reservation cancelled less than 21 days pre arrival, deposit non refundable. Full payment required by November 25 for Dec 21 to Jan 3. NB no reimbursements for late arrivals, early departures or other services otherwise missed. Weekend only bookings (Fri,Sat, Sun) incur $20 CA surcharge per night Final payment 7 days before arrival. For high season (Dec. 21 to Jan. 3), final payment to be received by November 25th. Security: A deposit of $500 is required. To be taken on same card as the 50% initial deposit on scheduled day of arrival. This will be returned 48 hours after departure, less any fees, damages or unpaid long-distance calls. In event damages exceed $500 deposit, balance will be taken from credit card as will additional phone costs.

We decided to buy our property in Mont Tremblant after several holidays in the area. We have particularly enjoyed spending Christmas and New Year over there. Having visited Tremblant in the Winter, Summer and Autumn we realised that it is a great place for a holiday at any time of year, and decided to buy a second home there. The scenery is stunning and there is an extensive range of outdoor activities available. When we feel the need for some city life Montreal and Ottawa are not too far away. We like the fact that Mont Tremblant is a relatively small resort surrounded by huge areas of tranquil countryside. We have made lots of friends in Tremblant and now feel very much at home there.
Unique benefits of the property
Our property is very conveniently located. It is a short drive to the Tremblant resort and just a few minutes away from the old Tremblant village. From our property it is also just a short drive to the main town of Saint-Jovite. Our property is part of a small well established development in a peaceful woodland setting.
