JUST STEPS TO THE BEACH...with a fantastic WATER VIEW and walking or bicycling distance to the lovely quaint and very popular sea side Artist village of "Victoria By The Sea." Here you can meet the fishing boats at the dock for some lobster to bring back to the cottage for a scrumptious Lobster dinner. Go for a Sail or Sea Kayak, visit the Light House, go to the Farmers Market, take in the many quaint Shops, the many Artists Studios, out door Cafe's, the Chocolate factory, Pubs, Restaurants, Ice Cream Shop, Mrs profitts Tea House, or take in one of the many live Theatre Performances and Musicals at the "Victoria Play House Theatre." www.victoriaplayhouse.com Walk or bicycle round this sea side village to enjoy everything it has to offer.

At my cottage yu will enjoy the the warm safe beach, just perfect for families. There are approx a dozen cottages surrounding this lovely beach all are owned by friendly Island families for many years. You will LOVE our cozy A-Frame summer cottage by the beach. This cottage comes fully equipted, just bring your suitcase. It is a unique two story "A Frame" kept in perfect condition. It has pine wood interior thru out, 2 sky lights, high beem ceilings making it very open and spacious. It has sleeping accommodations for 5. The spiral stairway in the living room takes you to the upper level where there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a double and a single bed both with spectactualr views of the water from the bedroom windows. There main fllor has a bathroom, a large fully equiped eat in kitchen / dining area with a sky light, a large open living room with a sky light and patio doors opening out to an outside patio deck with a canopy for shade and views of the ocean. Sit on the patio and watch the beautiful evening sun sets, enjoy the water views, boil up some lobsters, Bbq and relax. Swim & sun bath at the beautiful beach, dig for clams, go for long walks on the beach, take the bikes for a ride, relax and enjoy! Cottage is located 15 Minutes to Cornwall/Charlottetown and 15 Min to Summerside. Perfect loation
