Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, side by side fridge & freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, wall built-in convection and microwave ovens, countertop gas cooking surface, large work island with double sink and ocean view while preparing meals!     • We are located on Howe Bay, along the north-eastern coastline of the island, 10 minutes from the small harbour town of Souris(bank, post-office, groceries, hardware store, pharmacy, hospital...), 5 minutes from renowned fine dining establishments and 45 minutes from Charlottetown, the island's capital city. Some nearby attractions: Greenwich Dunes National Park, a long hike through gorgeous sand dunes and interpretive path; the Basin Head Beach 'Singing Sands', a favorite with many of our summer guests; North Lake Harbour, World's Tuna Capital and deep sea fishing expeditions; The East Point Lighthouse, still in use, the most easterly point on the island; Outdoors concerts of fiddle music or 'ceilidh' on Thursday nights at the Rollo Bay field, home of the talented and well known Chaisson Family; summer theater, blueberry picking, clamming, seal watching cruises, sea-kayaking, championship golfing, confederation trail biking...

    G.S.T. (5%) and P.S.T. (10%) are applicable as we are licensed and certified by P.E.I. Tourism. No extra-fees for additional people. We require a deposit (cheque or money order) representing one-third of the total rental fees before we mail out our confirmation for the time period, as well as maps, directions and other information. Deposit is fully refundable when cancellation is received before the end of February the year of your planned holiday. The full amount of the deposit will also be refunded after that date when property is re-booked. Reservation dates can be changed at anytime depending upon availability.
