Sunsets and Sea Lights is the perfect new 3 bedroom beach house for your next vacation. The location is amazing. The views surround you - SeaCow Head Lighthouse, Confederation Bridge, Sunsets all continue to enhance your relaxation mood.
The beach surprises you. At low tide, you feel like you can walk across the Northumberland Strait to the neighboring province. The water is warm and very safe for children. So which will it be, stay home and enjoy the house and its surrounding or enjoy the beauty and offerings of the Island?
Let's start with what you'll do around the house:
Sunsets and Sea Lights is a 4 star rated, custom designed home built to take advantage of the picturesque scenery.
Admire the sights from the hammocks on the large lower or upper storey decks. The beach by the house is shallow making it's warm water great fro castle building and swimming. Bring your own kayak, canoe or kite surfing equipment and launch from the beach.
This unique beach house has been professionally decorated in keeping with the style of a vacation by the sea. To captivate the views nature created, the living room and fully equipped kitchen, surrounded by large windows, are located on the second floor. You even have the romance of a fireplace in the living room, if you wish. A large deck with propane BBQ and outdoor dining area are just a step away. A bathroom with shower, as well as a queen size bedroom is also on this floor. The main floor contains; the laundry room, a full bathroom with separate shower and extra large tub, a queen size bedroom and another bedroom with 2 twin beds.
Have you decided to visit PEI because of Anne of Green Gable's adventures or play golf? Everything is within easy reach: Chelton Beach Provincial Park 5 minutes, Summerside 20 minutes, Cavendish 35 minutes and Charlottetown 50 minutes
If you are interested in some “off the beaten track” adventures and meet the friendly people of the Island, we have some interesting activities to suggest. How about: a day fishing for Malpeque Bay Oysters? Yes, the same procedure is followed today as was hundreds of years ago to fish oyster. You have the opportunity to go offshore in an oyster “dory” boat and find out how things are done.
Wouldn’t your children enjoy time learning how to sculpt a sandcastle? Yes, days gone by are back again, building sandcastles on the beach. One of the Island’s leading artists, Maurice Bernard, will give you full instructions and have you create an amazing sandcastle within 2 hours.
Or maybe you would prefer to go on a treasure hunt. The Island offers an interesting way to find people and places, unknown to most tourists. It involves the use of a GPS (Global Positioning System) to locate the “treasure”. The GPS gives you latitude and longitude coordinates as well as the direction you are traveling. You never know what you may find at the end of the day, but surely you’ll have fun.

Rather than charge a flat rate for the house rental. We have tried to make the rental cost as fair as possible based on number of occupants. Low Season: May 15, 2009 to July 4, 2009 September 5, 2009 to October 25, 2009 Basic weekly rental for 2 adults is $1200.00+ High Season: July 4, 2008 to September 5, 2008 Basic weekly rental for 2 adults is $1900.00+ We've indicated a base price for double occupancy. Additional costs apply as follows: + $100 per week for each additional child, under 19 years of age + $200 per week for each additional adult G.S.T. (5%) and P.S.T. (10%) are applicable as we are licensed and certified by P.E.I. Tourism. Reservations: We require a deposit of $500. to confirm the reservation.
