Come and stay in our spacious tastefully decorated three bedroom cottage, one row back from one of the best warm and sandy beaches on the Island. The cottage has been totally renovated with comfortable new furnishings and fittings, to bring it up to our high 'Serendipity' standards. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, with the third bedroom having two twin beds. The screened sunroom is a cozy spot to sit back and enjoy a book or take a snooze.  
 
The safe sandy beach is less than 100 yds from the cottage. This beach, on the Northumberland Strait, boasts some of the warmest waters north of Carolina, with sands that stretch for miles. There are miles of safe beach at your doorstep for swimming, walking, and exploring. It is perfect for children. At low tide, hundreds of shallow tide pools warm in the sun.  
 
Our central location allows short drives to the majority of this beautiful Island's attractions. Confederation Bridge 15 mins, Summerside 20 mins, Charlottetown is 35 mins, Cavendish, Green Gables and other North shore destinations are only 30 mins. There is an abundance of 'things to do' on PEI and all are simply awaiting your pleasure, with none further than 90 minutes drive

				Low Season Price:	$850 per Week
				High Season Price:	$1,100 per Week

Sunset Beach Cottage are rented on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. Reservation Policy: A deposit of 50% (fifty per cent) of the booking is required to guarantee all reservations. Cancellation Policy: For a 1 (one) week reservation, cancellation must be made at least 3 (three) weeks or more in advance of the scheduled arrival date. For a reservation of 2 (two) weeks or more, cancellation must be made at least 4 (four) weeks in advance of the scheduled arrival date. Cancelled reservations not within the above time limits, will be refunded only if the cottage is rebooked. All refunds are subject to a $50 administration fee Balance of payment due in full, will be requested when you check in, via use of your credit card or by cash or travellers check.
