We are centrally located in the heart of Downtown Toronto to accommodate your needs. Our fully-furnished lodging facility is steps away from the Sherbourne subway station as well as public transport. We are close to many of Toronto's finest attractions, entertainment and shopping districts.  
We want your stay at the City Guesthouse to be as relaxing as possible, so enjoy Cable Television with VCR in your private bedrooms along with Free Hi-Speed WiFi -Wireless Internet Access. Help yourselves to our fully-equipped kitchens with a Microwave, Stove, Refrigerator, Toaster, and Coffee Maker.  
 
Also, for your convenience, we have a Common Computer with Free Hi-Speed Internet Access and Telephones (Free Local Calls). We also have laundry facilities (Washers and Dryers) at our guesthouse. Other In Room amenities include, an AM/FM Clock Radio Alarm, Hair Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. We have friendly and curteous staff to make your stay in Toronto as enjoyable as possible.  
 
Our Guesthouse is in close proximation to famous tourist attractions such as, the CN Tower, Rogers Center, Casa Loma, Royal Ontario Museum, and many other tourist sites. We are a 15-minute walk from Ryerson University and two subway stops from the University of Toronto.

Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival and in case of no show or late cancellation there is a charge for one night** Paid parking available nearby. A 20% Advance deposit of the total amount of your reservation will be charged on the credit card you have provided in this form. The remaining balance will be due when you check-in at the City Guesthouse, Toronto. The 20% Advance is non-refundable. Please make arrangements for full payment at check-in. We cannot extend credit under any circumstances. Note: Please state your arrival time in the booking form. Our Check-in time is 1 PM - 11 PM. If you expect to arrive before 1 PM or after 11 PM, please check with us first. Our Front Desk closes at 11PM. No refunds or adjustments after arrival for early departure. Please mention for which location you are making the reservation in the message field. No minimum stay requirements. Taxes are included in the room rate.
