Located within Sherkston Shores resort (58 Eberly Woods), on Lake Erie, this premium park model home is fully equipped to make your vacation more enjoyable. 
 
Air conditioned, if it gets REALLY hot! 
 
Each bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a fold down double futon.  
 
The kitchen is a dream, DISHWASHER, Microwave, Gas Range, Convection Toaster Oven, Instant Hot Water tap, Fridge/freezer, double sinks and all the utensils you need. 
 
The dining room is large and seats 6 easily. 
 
The living room is large and has TV/VCR/DVD, stereo/CD and lots of board games. 
 
The bathroom has a full tub with shower and flush toilet. 
 
Outside is a nice grassed lot with a large fire pit, dart board, and picnic table with umbrella. 
 
There are 2 decks, 1 in front with a 10 x 10 gazebo, table and chairs; and 1 in back,with a BBQ,  
table/umbrella and chairs. 
 
This is usually our summer home and not frequently rented out so you can expect comfort. All you need is your bed sheets (3 doubles), pillow cases, towels and clothing. Pillows are supplied.  
 
This is a NON-SMOKING unit. 
 
The beach is only a 2 minute walk and the main street a 5 minute walk. 
 
We are located only 20 minutes by car from Niagara Falls, 90 minutes from Toronto. 
 
There are many fabulous wineries located 15 minutes to 30 minutes away.

All rates are 2010 and are weekly Saturday to Saturday unless noted. There is a $100.0 cleaning fee and a $200.00 refundable damage deposit. 50% deposit required to book. Balance due 30 days prior to occupancy. A rental contract is required and will be provided prior to booking. Cancellations: Within 30 days of arrival, NO REFUND unless re-rented, then a $200.00 administration fee. Prior to 30 days of arrival a $200.00 administration fee will apply and balance of deposit refunded. LONG WEEKEND ADD $200 to weekend rates. May 15 50 June 25 $500.00 ( weekend $200.)
