NO NAME SUITE AT SUSAN'S VILLA

The No Name Suite (we still have no name for it) is located on the main floor and beautifully furnished, as you can see, with a gorgeous queen bed so that 2 people can sleep comfortably. There is also a dresser with the usual Mirror.

In the second room you will find a sofa bed and a twin bed so that up to 3 people can sleep in this room, up to 5 people in the suite.
All linens are supplied of course and we give you all the towels you need.

Besides a TV in each room there is a fridge, hair dryer and clock radio in the suite. The phone may be used for calls free of charge within North America.

The main floor is accessible (with some help-depending on the severity) from handicapped people. Please ask.

The VILLA is IDEALLY LOCATED. Walk in just a few minutes to the Niagara FALLS, Casino Niagara, Niagara’s Fun Street Clifton Hill and most other Tourist Attractions. Everything in WALKING DISTANCE!

There are 2 SUPERIOR SUITES and 2 EXCELLENT SUITES. Each suite has TWO rooms and a full bath room. Executive style!
With all suites occupied (REUNIONS, FESTIVITIES) 22 guests can sleep!

A SUITE in this superb house would be just perfect for you and will surpass all your expectations. There are 2 SUPERIOR SUITES (sleeps 6-7 each) and 2 EXCELLENT SUITES (sleeps 5 each). Each suite has 2 rooms and a full bath room. Executive style!

The VILLA is a gorgeous house, air conditioned, with modern, tasteful furnishings and carpeted floors. Bright and open. Just like your hosts! There are a lot of green plants and trees (we like green and have a green policy) around the house. We are constantly improving many things in the yard and hope this will soon be like a Garden of Eden. You just have to love it! Nothing else is possible! You will see!

This B&B is health inspected and licensed by the City of Niagara Falls and the Province of Ontario.

The VILLA IS IDEALLY LOCATED. To the Niagara River you only have 1 short block to go. You can see the river banks, also the ones on the USA side, from the Villa. Down by the river you’ll have a breathtaking view of the Niagara River Gorge with its wildlife. There are many species of birds (even hawks and falcons), fish, flowers, and other beautiful plants. A very nice PLAYGROUND is close by. A real Eldorado for your kids!

SUSAN’S VILLA is not just only your everyday sleeping place but also much, much more. It is perfect as your headquarter to explore Niagara Falls and the beautiful peninsula. We will welcome you with charm and openness which makes you feel right at home. You can relax in the cosy and casual environment of this gorgeous house which hopefully will be your home away from home for some time. You will forget the everyday pressures and feel good at once.

The modern suits provide privacy and a great deal more than the needed amenities which make even a longer stay comfortable. Go sightseeing and visit the many tourist attractions.
