The cottage has been completely renovated to accommodate families upto 6 people maximum. The cottage has central air, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and main floor laudry room. Parking is available on site. Cottage is both smoke and pet free. Perfect for families visiting the Niagara area. We are minutes from the Falls and all major attractions. Peoplemover transportation system pick up location is only 2 blocks from the house. Cottage is also only a 20 minute drive to Niagara on the Lake, Cottage is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood.

Vacation Rental Fee's must be paid in advance. Deposit of $100.00 (Canadian) must be paid upon acceptance of booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival date or at time of booking if less than 8 weeks before arrival. The deposit is not refundable. For bookings made for July, August, USA and Canadian Holidays or any period of one week (7 nights) or longer a refund will not be given unless another booking for the same dates and price can be found. In the event of the booking being replaced or a portion thereof, a refund will be given to that amount (Less the $100 deposit to cover bank and administration charges.)
