4 Bedroom Bed and Breakfast in Niagara Falls

The Manor itself was originally built in 1891, at which time it stood alone just on the out skirts of the downtown area. A fieldstone foundation and outer walls constructed three bricks deep ensured that this home would stand for the ages. Indeed the house still contains some of the original details of its opulence: an integrated carriage house, large bay windows, 13" baseboards, and ten foot ceilings.  
 
While there have been many owners, the integrity of the home has always been preserved. With the arrival of the Kilpatrick’s in November 2002 the potential of this beautiful piece of history had finally been realized. After years of restoration and upgrading in compliance of modern building and fire codes, the Manor now stands as a testament to the adage “they don't build ’em like they used to.” Kilpatrick Manor Bed and Breakfast welcomed it’s first guests in December 2005, it comprises three beautiful guestrooms all with en suite bathrooms. The Taylor Room 
Welcome to the Taylor and step into your relaxing oasis for a while. A very classic decorating theme is used to create a beautiful and calming space with cream coloured walls acting as a backdrop to the rich gold, cranberry and chocolate accents placed with an artful touch. The carved fireplace is the centre of your attention featuring two leather chairs, local artwork, HDTV & DVD and soft lighting. The huge king size sleigh bed is flanked by chandeliers dangling over hand painted glass night tables. An unusually tall antique armoire reflects the wonderful space and hand carved ceiling fan. Slip into an en-suite bathroom that will seduce your senses with an amazing glass jet shower, an enchanting freestanding mass two person Jacuzzi soaker tub, large antique sink and unique facet, warm towels and a silent toilet. With lots of space in a quiet wing of the house, natural light, elegant accents and classic charm, the Taylor is a luxurious treat in which to celebrate. 
 
The Chrysler Room 
The Chrysler Room is our premier guest room boasting a king-sized bed that must be climbed into, layered in Egyptian cotton sheets, a down duvet and attractive pillows. The two-person air massage jacuzzi tub will relax and invigorate you with a view of the fireplace through an antique window. Enjoy a night cap in the sitting area, complete with bold leather seating and soft lambskin rug. An antique European wardrobe holds your bathrobes, spa products and selection of slippers. Vintage silk drapery, antique wall sconces, beautiful artwork and a romantic colour palette make the Chrysler room both impressive and elegant. 
 
The Hunniford Room 
The Hunniford Room has a very romantic and luxurious feel upon viewing the king size carved wooden bed that is piled with the softest and most comfortable quality linens. Comprised of a seating area with Victorian style fireplace, lcd tv, dvd, wi-fi, marble tables, chandelier and air conditioning you may find it hard to leave your room. The spa inspired ensuite bathroom features a Neptune shower complete with body jets and mood lighting, tile floor, and beautiful vintage sink. Tranquility awaits in the Hunniford room, retire in style. 
 
The McKinnon Room 
The McKinnon Room is our most intimate space inspired by the regal leather canopy bed. Dramatic rich colours enhance the atmosphere while soft cream and mint add a splash of freshness. Open the European Swivel Armoire to discover your bathrobe, slippers, music and Niagara area highlights. Learn how to relax again and experience the amazing raindrop shower with endless hot water, elegant glass contour doors and spa amenities. • Travel Info: Make your way to the Peace Bridge, about 5 miles from the airport. After crossing the bridge into Canada proceed north on the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW). Take highway #420 into Niagara Falls and take the Victoria Street exit. Turn left onto Victoria Street and continue towards the Downtown core. Once you see St. Patrick's Church, just opposite Queen Street, turn left onto Maple Street. Proceed to the second corner (Maple & Second) and we are on the corner, the big red brick home on the right. There is lots of parking in the driveway.
