We are conveniently located only steps from the picturesque Niagara River Parkway and a minutes drive or 20 minute walk to most Niagara attractions, such as the Maid of the Mist Boat Tour, Casino Niagara, Fallsview Casino, Journey Behind the Falls, including the spectacular world famous Falls. The Town of Niagara on the Lake, many world renowned Niagara wineries and top rated Niagara golf courses are a breathtaking, relaxing 20 minute drive along the Niagara Parkway.

The Florence Room is a beautifully decorated, cozy and relaxing guest room with a bay-like window with street front view. The focal point of the room is its tall vaulted ceiling, which extends 14 feet in height and is draped with sheer fabric. The room is fully furnished with a full comfortable queen size bed, cable television, alarm clock radio with a sitting area. The ensuite bathroom contains an antique pedistal sink and a one-piece acrylic bath tub/shower unit. The room is centrally air-conditioned.

The Rome Room is an attractive, spacious, well-appointed, tranquil guest room. It's faux finished furniture creates a unique, warm and inviting setting. This guest room contains a five-piece master bedroom set with a full comfortable queen size bed, cable television and alarm clock radio. The attached ensuite has an antique pedistal sink and a one-piece acrylic bathtub/shower unit. The room is centrally air-conditioned.

The Venice Room is our spacious, luxury guest room, beautifully decorated with contemporary furniture and fireplace. This amazingly elegant five-piece master bedroom contains a full comfortable queen size bed with cable television, alarm clock radio and sitting area with love seat, where you can thoroughly enjoy a cozy, romantic evening by the fireplace. The ensuite guest bathroom features an antique pedistal sink with a one-piece acrylic bathtub/shower unit. The room is centrally air-conditioned.

The Teramo Room is our luxuriously decorated "Honeymoon/Anniversary" guest room, which offers a master bedroom set with a full comfortable queen size bed, cable television, alarm clock radio and sitting area with comfortable love seat for two. The soft floral colours, large front-view window, cathedral ceiling and large roman pillars create a sense of warmth and romance in a European setting. This guest room also features an attractive ensuite bathroom with an antique pedastal sink with a one-piece acrylic bathtub/shower unit. This room is centrally air-conditioned

We offer four spacious, fully furnished, beautifully decorated guestrooms, each with their own private en-suite 3 piece bathroom, comfortable queen-size bed, fireplace, small sitting area, cable television, DVD player with movies and radio.

All guest rooms feature corkscrew, wine and cocktails glasses for your convenience. We also provide our guests with an assortment of required toiletry items at your disposal. To help make our guests feel right at home, we provide a refrigerator, which is situated on second floor. Upon request, we also provide ironing board, iron and hairdryers. Access to a telephone with free local calls are provided to guests, which is located in dining room.
