Vacation Rental Description
The beach House is a wonderful home situated on the sandy shores of Lake Erie. It's 90 minutes from Toronto, Ontario and 35 minutes from the Peace Bridge, USA. Recently rennovated, the house is perfect family get togethers, youth retreats, or a getaway destination. This home has (6) bedrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen, and two (2) full bathrooms. The bedrooms contain four (4) double beds, one queen, and one twin bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa and plenty of room for air matresses for your additional guests. Inside you'll enjoy beautiful hardwood floors and the natural light that surrounds the home.
The Beach House has a spacious yard that can accommodate a camper and boat trailers. There is plenty of off-street parking. There's a private sandy beach & a rocky shoreline that has mooring possibilities for the boat enthusiast. There is a propane barbeque grill and an outdoor fireplace that's great for bonfires and outdoor cooking. The beach House offers quiet enjoyment with the opportunity for swimming, snorkling, boating, canoeing, fishing, ship watching and building sand castles all within steps of the house. It's located in a wonderful, safe, residential neighborhood with a private sandy beach.
The Beach House is available for weekend, holiday, or weekly rentals. The nearby town of Port Colborne offers restaurants on the canal, shopping, antique shops, and art galleries. There's a marina five (5) minutes away from the Beach House that has boat rentals and a public boat ramp. Local golf courses, a public park, walking and biking trails along the canal and a community beach are all nearby.
The rental comes with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, utensils, dishes, glasses, toaster, pots & pans. There are laundry and storage facilities within the house. Television with antenna reception, DVD player also. Outside there are a dozen Adirondack lounge chairs for the yard and beach. The outdoor fireplace is a great place to enjoy a bonfire, kick back and enjoy a cold drink. Don't worry; dry firewood is included as an amentity as well as grills for cooking over the fire.
Linens are available by request for an additional charge of $15 / person.
There are NO Black Flies in this neighborhood. :)
Additional guest beyond 12 are welcome but not to exceed 20. There is an additional charge for these guests of $10/person for weekend rentals and $20/person for weeklong rentals. Air matresses for use in the house and tents in the yard or beach are also welcome for your guests.

Reservation/Security deposit of $300 is required. USD dollars or CAD dollars are accepted for deposit only and are due at the same time a signed rental agreement is submitted reseving the desired vacation dates.
The Rental Fee is due 60 days prior to the vacation week/weekend.
