Vacation Rental Description
Quiet family vacations on beautiful Balsam Lake, part of the famous Trent-Severn Waterway in Ontario, Canada. In addition to our 11 housekeeping cottages, we have 11 overnight RV sites and a seasonal trailer park. Our swimming area is roped off for safety and is a hard packed sand base in clean weed free water. Our cottages are all fully equipped with pillows, blankets, all cooking utensils, pots & pans, propane BBQ, electric heat, satelite TV, rental fire pits, you bring your own linens (linens can be provided for $10 per person). We have canoes and kayaks available free of charge for your use and we also have a rental fishing boat.     Season Rate
    		  Low Season Price: $710 per Week
      High Season Price: $760 per Week
         

    Pricing shown is for a family of 2 adults plus children under 18 in a 3 bedroom cottage for one week (pricing is different for our 1, 2 & 4 bedroom cottages). A $50 discount applies to bookings in May, June, September and October or for bookings 2 weeks and greater in July and August. Additional adults over 2 are extra. Deposit of $300 per week is due to confirm booking and balance is due upon check in. Sorry, but we do not accept credit cards, payment is by cash, cheque, travellers cheque or interac. Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancelled booking can be filled. For more detailed pricing information, please click on the Rates page on our website
