    Season Rate
    		  Low Season Price: $1,750 per Week
      High Season Price: $2,600 per Week
         

    Deposit: 1/3 rental, $75 admin fee, $50 accidental damage waiver fee, $16.25 HST. Balance due 30 days prior to start of rental. Any cancellation made by You shall be in writing addressed to All-Season. On receipt of such notice of cancellation All-Season shall endeavor to re-book the holiday accommodation for the entire period of the original booking. If All-Season is successful in re-booking the holiday accommodation for the entire period originally booked, it shall refund all monies paid (whether by deposit or otherwise) less a cancellation fee of $200.00 per period booked. If All-Season only succeeds in re-booking the holiday accommodation for a portion of the period originally booked, it shall refund such portion of the monies paid that relates to the period re-booked, less a cancellation fee of $200.00 per period booked. If All-Season is unable to re-book the holiday accommodation at all, then all monies paid (whether by deposit or otherwise) shall be forfeited.
