An excellent base from which to explore south-western Nova Scotia or simply for relaxing in the yard, experiencing the sea breezes and the sparkling waters of Pubnico Harbor. Overlooking the harbor and the West Pubnico marina at the front of the house and a meadow grassland from the rear, this 3-bedroom house has 2-baths, one on the main floor and one upstairs. The main floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen; a great room with a wood stove; dining room with seating for ten; center hallway; front room with a spectacular view of beautiful sunsets over the harbor; a bedroom and full bath. The upstairs consists of 2-bedrooms; a full bath; and a study/den. The harbor view can be enjoyed from all rooms in the house. The home is tastefully decorated with some antiques, quilts, hand-braided and hand-hooked rugs. Both bathrooms have claw-foot antique tubs. Most of the floors are the original wide pine boards. This house is 100-feet from and overlooks Pubnico Harbor. There is a walking trail along the harbor's edge.
