Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linens. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. Also included are towels, soap and paper products. All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is 10:00 AM. - unless otherwise agreed. The Cottage Connection in Nova Scotia's sole business is the renting of vacation properties in Nova Scotia. We have a contractual relationship and serve as representatives for our property owners. We treat all parties (owners and guests) honestly, fairly and in good faith.

Reservation Deposit: A reservation deposit of $500 + $35 for the Security Deposit Waiver Fee is required to make the reservation. Final Payment: The final payment of the remaining rental fee is due 90 days prior to your arrival. Upon final payment we will e-mail you a confirmation and detailed directions to your property and where the key location is on site.Your arrival to the property is at your convenience after 3PM. Upon departure by 10AM, we request that you return the key to the same location.
