1 Bedroom House in Halifax

Our lovely 1 bedroom suite is all inclusive and tastefully decorated. It is located on the first floor of our house. We take a great pride in our property inside and out. Outside we have a lovely view on the lake. Our property is fairly large with manicured lawns and lots of mature trees, shrubs and flowers. Neighbors often stop by and comment on how beautiful our property looks. Our back yard is large and has a spacious patio. Our guests are invited to lounge on the patio and use the barbecue. We have plenty of parking space. We are located only less then 5 min. drive to a public beach equipped with a life guard and also has a boat loading access. We have lots of hiking trails around and about 5 km. walk around the lake. We are located only 20 minutes from downtown Halifax and also very close to the airport as well. We have a nice convenience store with in a 5 minute walking distance and also all the other amenities, like large grocery stores, restaurants and a movie theater with in 5 minute drive. 
 
Inside, the living room has large sectional couch that opens in to double bed. Nice dining room is followed by a kitchen, fully equipped with all the appliances, pots, dishes and a lot of extras. The bedroom has a Queen size suite. Lots of storage space and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom has a large corner shower and it is spacious and warm with lots of extra towels. We also offer laundry facilities with the detergent included, which is shared with the owners. We also have a den that can be used for extra people. There is a double bed futon. For a party over 4 people there is an extra charge of $25.00 per person per night. Wireless internet,cable TV,DVD and local phone is also included. We use only natural organic products to clean and for the laundry.  
 
Only 20 minutes from downtown by car, and public transit is only a 10 minute walk away.  
5 minutes to lower sackville, which has all your amenities. 
 
$125/night .. $650/week 
$1800.00 PER MONTH 
Could be negotiated depending on time of year.
