This huge magnificent home is perched high above the surging Fundy and Saint Mary's Bays on Petite Passage in East Ferry. Escape to your private 100 acre peninsula with woodland trails on the ocean's edge. Seals, osprey, bald eagles, along with dolphins and whales will greet you each day. Inside, relax and entertain from a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, Jenn-aire range, eat-at bar, open concept dining and living room featuring a massive fieldstone fireplace and a soaring window wall framing views of Petit Passage, Long Island, and St. Mary's Bay. Relax and lounge on the expansive deck or retreat to the shaded covered porch overlooking the surf far below. Refresh yourselves in stone tiled baths. One has a huge glass block shower. There's a full laundry as well. Spacious bedrooms sleep 12, with plenty of room for family and friends. There's also enough room for privacy from other guests if you need to get away and read, nap, or just watch the world go by for a while. Three sandy beaches and a fresh water lake with picnic area at a provincial park are minutes away. Catch fresh fish for dinner, or buy lobster and seafood from a local lobsterman. Come for a visit. You'll make memories for a lifetime!

It comfortably sleeps 12 people with plenty of room inside and outside for everyone to gather or for everyone to get away from one another for a while.

    When you're ready to explore you will have miles of woodland trails and the rocky shores of the property. Nearby you'll have access to sandy beaches for swimming and beach combing, whale watching, fresh seafood markets and restaurants, and world class birding.
