Walk down to the waterfront and enjoy a sail on the Amoeba Sailing Tours around Baddeck Bay. Also within walking distance are the Alexander Graham Bell Museum and the Bras D’Or Lakes Interpretive Centre, all overlooked by the Bell homestead, Beinn Bhreagh. This clean bright and airy compact house is perfect for the traveller who wants to relax after a day of sightseeing, hiking or just enjoying the perfect fresh air of Cape Breton. The house is fully equipped and well furnished. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin (single) beds. There is a futon and bedding for additional guests. The kitchen has a smooth top stove, large refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and a table and chairs. The large front garden means the house is set back from the road, and the large back garden means you can sit outside at the patio table and enjoy the evening sun.
