Upon booking we require a credit card # , expiry date, mailing address, email address and telephone number We understand that planning a vacation can be a difficult thing, and sometimes changes must occur. Therefore we have implemented a cancellation policy that is still fair for the guest, but also offers us some protection. If less than 30 days before arrival: $20 penalty will be charged If within 14 days of arrival date: The guest has the option of paying a penalty equal to 50% of the total reservation value OR the guest can choose to pay the full reservation amount plus the $20 penalty and receive an accommodations voucher worth the value of their reservation. The voucher has no cash value, is valid toward accommodations only, is subject to availability, is not transferable, and expires Sept 25th in the year after the issue date.
