    All rates are in Canadian Funds. Rates are subject to 12% Harmonized Sales Tax. Check-in time 4:00 pm Check-out time 11:00 am Deposits and Cancellations: 10% non-refundable deposit will hold your booking until six months prior to your booking date at which point and additional 15% non-refundable deposit is due. The 25% non-refundable deposit will hold your booking until two months prior to your booking date. Your final (75%) payment is also non-refundable. We accept Visa or MasterCard. Any dates that include a Frday or Saturday night stay are a 3 day minimum with the exception of early May and October weekends (2 day minimum). All weeknight rentals are a 2 day minimum stay. Additional charges: $250 damage deposit 199.50 cleaning fee
