This offers a sunken seating are with fireplace, a spacious dining area and a new kitchen with maple cupboards and stone countertop. French doors off the dining area lead out to the deck, which has a gas grill and a private hot tub.  
 
Upstairs is the master bedroom, which has its own deck on one side and windows over the living room on the other, plus a spacious ensuite bathroom. Downstairs there are three further bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a queen plus a twin and one with two bunk beds as well as an additional twin. This level also features a just-renovated bathroom with walk-in shower and frameless glass wall, as well as a full laundry.
