The spacious Master Bedroom features a King-size bed (or twin beds), TV/DVD, ceilng fan and an ensuite bathroom with a large soaker tub. Bedroom 2 also has the option of King-size bed or twin beds, has a walk-in closet, ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. All sheets and towels are provided, and each bathroom has a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. The main living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with 5 appliances, matching china and glassware, generous supply of cookware and utensils. With a full size dining table you can prepare a gourmet meal or snacks in the comfort & convenience of your own accommodation. The open plan living/dining area has lots of comfortable seating, a 42" HDTV, DVD/VCR, Stereo CD player and free wireless internet. Also conveniently located on the main floor is a balcony with Gas BBQ, a Powder room (or 3rd bathroom with toilet & handbasin) and an in-suite laundry with washer/dryer. The entrance area has lots of hanging space and storage for skis & snowboards. With free heated underground parking, bicycle storage and courtyard hot-tub, this townhouse will make your wonderful vacation memories complete. POLICIES: This property is strictly no smoking & no pets and will be rented to responsible adults/families only. NB> We do not rent to persons under 21 years of age. $500 refundable damage deposit required for rentors 21-25 years of age. Payment/Cancellations: Credit card details are required to secure a reservation. 25% will be charged as a non-refundable deposit. Will be increased to 50% 45 days prior to your arrival. The balance due 14 days in advance. Check-in information sent 7 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation within the 14 day period will result in full payment forfeiture. Damage: Property will be clean and well maintained on your arrival: any property damage, beyond normal wear and tear, (at the owner's discretion) noise or security violation charges, or excess cleaning fees will be charged to your credit card.

Allow us introduce ourselves: One evening in March 1970, Mike, a Canadian, met Anne, an Australian in Barcelona, Spain. After marrying in England we lived in Europe & North America working in international sports providing hospitality and catering. Travelling extensively, we needed a base for our 2 children and chose Vancouver BC. Canada where we developed a passion for skiing & the outdoor life. We discovered 'the ultimate' summer & winter destination at Whistler and purchased 2 vacation homes there. This has been great for keeping our family active & together. Six years ago, we retired to Kelowna, BC on Lake Okanagan. We still love meeting great folks from around the world and do just that at our very busy B&B. Our children & spouses live close-by and we now have 2 lovely granddaughters.
