When we first saw this apartment Shera and I loved it immediately. It had what I call a "Wow!" factor as though we had walked into a space where the harbour seemed to be an integral part of the condo itself. We are delighted that it will be dynamic substitute for the views we are used to when we finally move into Victoria from our current island home. In this expansive refuge we can get by without a car and feel like we are not caught up in the busy-ness of the city--even though we are right downtown. We feel blessed to have found it, and grateful we can share it with others.
