THE MAIN FLOOR HERITAGE SUITE
This two-bedroom suite has been lovingly renovated in it's original heritage style, featuring original moldings, high ceilings and stained glass, plus art work by the owners. The Living Room has a gas fireplace, entertainment centre and comfortable seating. The Dining Room has a large table, a sideboard with dishes, and a large desk. The fully-equipped kitchen is connected to the bright Solarium overlooking the private back garden. The second bedroom can easily be converted to an office.
Natural fibre rugs on hardwood floors, ceramic tile in the kitchen.
Beautiful private flower garden for relaxing in the sun, or sit under the shade of the canopied chestnut tree, a part of the heritage ambiance.

THE TOP FLOOR OCEAN VIEW SUITE
The one queen-bedroom 'attic' suite is like being in a tree house. a multitude of skylights bring in natural light, and the cute woodburning stove adds a special ambiance. The living room and office areas include couches that can double as extra beds. Sleeps five total. There's a sunny balcony off the dining room, with steps that lead up to the rooftop deck, where great 360 degree views of the ocean and city await you.
Watch the sun go down over the ocean with all the comforts of home.
...and listen carefully, you may hear sounds of the past, a Victorian tradition-- the clip clop...clip clop of horses on their way to the inner harbour.

THE LOWER FLOOR GARDEN SUITE
Freshly renovated, this one-bedroom quiet lower suite also includes a daybed in the living room. Generous closets provide lots of storage and an efficient kitchen looks out on the front garden. An electric fireplace provides ambience, along with eclectic furnishings. It's a bright, warm and cozy space.
Furnished with a wood desk and shelves it makes studying or e-mailing more comfortable.
Use of the sunny garden is just outside.
