* For long term bookings, we require 10% at time of booking and the 40% 6 months prior to the date of stay.
* All prices quoted in Canadian dollars, and subject to 5% GST
* Children Welcome
* No smoking indoors and kindly use ashtrays when outside on the property
* Young Children must be supervised outside at all times as this is Oceanfront Property

Cancellation Policy

* 45 days notice - full refund less $50.00 administration fee
* Less than 45 days notice - Loss of deposit if we are unable to re-book
* No refunds will be made for unused days or early departure
