5. DAMAGE DEPOSIT- a damage deposit of $200 is required. This will be processed like checking in to a hotel. We will authorize your card for the deposit amount but it will not be charged unless damages occur during your stay in our property. If damages exceed this amount, the difference will be added and charged. 6. PAYMENT- an advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. Payments may be made in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank money orders, cashier’s cheques or personal cheques payable to Victoria Prime. 7. CANCELLATIONS-a forth five (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than forty five (45) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty other than a $50 admin fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment.
