    A damage deposit of $200 is required in the form of a pre-authorization on your credit card. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent. PAYMENT- an advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. The advance payment is not a damage deposit and is applied to the rent. Visa/MasterCard accepted. The BALANCE OF RENT is due forty five (45) days before your arrival date. CANCELLATIONS-a forty five (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more that forty five (45) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty except a $50 admin fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, deposit or cleaning fee. All pricing is in Canadian Dollars
