The Corazon is located half a block away from Victoria City Hall in the heart of downtown. Completed in 2005, this 12 floor steel and concrete building is considered one of the finest examples of urban residential architecture for its setting.     A damage deposit of $200 is required in the form of a pre-authorization on your credit card. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent. PAYMENT- an advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. The advance payment is not a damage deposit and is applied to the rent. Visa/MasterCard accepted. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date. CANCELLATIONS-a forty five (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more that forty five (45) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, deposit or cleaning fee. All pricing is in Canadian Dollars
