The Metro Suite is cleaned and all linens are provided ready for check-in upon arrival. Additional cleaning and linen services are available for a nominal additional charge. We have taken into consideration many of the hidden costs that are not included with other rentals and which might be overlooked by you, our incoming guests. The cost of stocking your newly-arrived-at rental with "basics" can really add up. For this reason, we supply our condos with lots of "extras" that many other vacation rentals do not offer, such as paper goods (enough toiletries , paper towels etc. for the duration of your stay), trash bags, foil, plastic wrap, hand soaps, laundry softener and detergent, dish soap, a nice selection of herbs and spices, coffee, tea, sugar and many other essential every-day items that you would normally need to purchase on your own. "Remember, when you buy, don’t judge products and services by their prices, always check their value and your need."

There is direct shuttle service from Victoria Airport (YYJ), direct coach service from Vancouver Airport (YVR) via BC Ferries into downtown Victoria, feeder flights into Victoria Inner Harbour via West Coast Air, downtown ferry terminals for the Victoria Clipper from Seattle and MV Coho Ferry from Port Angeles, WA. The Washington State Ferry System offers seasonal service into Sidney, BC, which is just 45 minutes outside Victoria. Ask about our car rental option, which can save you 15% on in-town rentals.

Rates quoted in Canadian funds Payment terms are 50% deposit at time of booking. Full payment 60 days prior to occupancy. Cancellation penalties apply (see below) Credit card authorization required for $500CAD Security deposit at time of occupancy 12% HST added to all rentals of less than one month in duration Cancellation Policy Should you fail to use your confirmed reservation we reserve the right to retain all funds received, other than security deposit, as liquidated damages until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If the latter occurs we will retain a $100 CAD administrative fee. Travel insurance is recommended to cover accommodation costs if unforeseen circumstances arise.
