Low Season Nightly $500.00 Weekly $3150.00 Mid Season Nightly $600.00 Weekly $3780.00 Peak Season Nightly $700.00 Weekly $4410.00 Peak ~ June 1 to September 15 (four night minimum stay) Mid ~ March 1 to June 1, September 16 to October 31, plus Christmas and New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter Weekend (three night minimum stay in mid season and long weekends). Low ~ November 1 to December 21, January 5 to February 28 (two night minimum stay) Guest House rental rates are based on four guests, additional $25 per person/night for additional guest. No smoking indoors; smoking is permitted on decks, gardens and beaches. A $500.00 Canadian security deposit is required. A $150.00 Canadian cleaning fee is due at the end of your stay. For stays longer than one week, additional cleaning fee may be required. All rates are quoted in Canadian currency, and are subject to applicable taxes (5% GST)
