Vacation Rental Description
As you travel down a tree canopied Country Lane, past bucolic farms you arrive at Eliza Point House a private & gated property located in East Sooke, on Sooke Harbour. We have extensive gardens and old growth trees and a whimsical winding pathway past the Gazebo and through the Cedars towards the sea and dock. We have an abundance of wildlife that can be viewed from our property~grazing Deer, soaring Eagle's, the occasional Orca, Otter's, Sea Lions, Heron's and much more. If you are a 'Birder' you don't have to leave the property to see most of the local's! 
 
Before we became a vacation home we were a 4.5* bed and breakfast that featured 2 luxurious suites with Queen size beds, private ensuite bathrooms, Satellite TV, microwave, bar fridge, private outdoor entrances and oceanfront decks with patio furniture with one suite having a wood burning fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Because of these accommodations we are ideal for 2 couples traveling together~you can create wonderful meals in the gourmet kitchen together and dine in a room with a dynamite view or sit by the fire in the viewing room but when you want your 'quiet' time, you can adjourn to your own private suite that has all the comforts of home-fridge for your drinks, Microwave to heat your snacks and sit back and watch a special program on TV or have a snooze. 
 
We have many outside sitting areas that all have views of the sea or the gardens and comfortable furniture to relax in. The Gazebo is my favourite place to read a book~every once in a while looking up to watch Mother Nature unfold before my eyes. 
 
If you want a day of fishing, there are several local guides that will pick you up from the dock and deliver you back to Eliza Point with your day's catch or you can just go sightseeing or whale watching. 
 
Eliza Point House is close to many tourist venue's however many of our guests say that they just like to relax at home where their Soul's are refreshed and their Spirit's Soar. We hope you decide to experience the many charm's of Eliza Point House~you won't be disappointed!

    • There are many golf courses within a short distance to Eliza Point House that welcome tourists and a local tennis court. Most of the waterfront activities can be arranged directly from our dock depending on the tides and there are many hiking & cycling trails near by i.e. The Galloping Goose which is an old rail line converted to a trail that begins in Victoria and ends in Leech Town in Sooke.

    Guest pays 50% of the Accommodation Rees at time of booking and the balance at least 45 days before check-in. If Guest terminates booking at least 45 days before check-in date then we will refund all amounts paid by Guest, less a $50 administration fee. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover Card.
