Fully furnished beach house, one block from the shore, has spectacular views of the water, mountains,  
and Canadian Gulf Islands. Home includes an open concept living area, large deck, den, three bedrooms,  
three bathrooms, and a family room with a Murphy bed (folds into wall). Sleeps up to eight guests. 
Private back garden with rhododendrons and shaded BBQ area. Access to fresh vegetables  
right out of the garden. Spend your summer discovering what beautiful British Columbia has  
to offer.  
Sailing Charters The owners do sailing charters on a 51 foot sailing Ketch in the waters and Gulf Islands in front of the home. see www.pacificencounters.com  
 
The Area 
White Rock is a picturesque seaside resort town located alongside one of the choicest sandy  
beaches on the BC coast, stretching for eight kilometres. It provides warm water for  
swimming and all sorts of water activities and is the spot to watch glorious summer sunsets 
from the home's deck or from the 1500 foot pier. Take a stroll one direction and see all the  
quaint shops and eat at your choice of many excellent restaurants. Walk the other direction  
where you can spot eagles and explore tide pools along the more secluded end of the beach. 
Only thirty miles south of Vancouver so the city sights can easily be discovered too. 
We are taking bookings for May 2012 through October 2012,

    • The owners of the house operate skippered charters on a classic Galley force fifty, a sailing ketch 51 ft on deck with capacity to take six comfortably.       High Season Price: $6,000 per Month
         

    We prefer a minimum of two week bookings with fifty percent deposit the balance due upon arrival. Cancelation must be two months in advance providing your space can be filled. Take checks money orders or wire transfers as arranged.
