The fantastic Vancouver Sea Wall is located just outside your doorstep and provides access to the famous Granville Island market via Aqua Bus, and also direct walking and cycling to Stanley Park. Numerous activities are only a short distance away, such as bike rentals, rollerblading, walks, and picnics are available within a half a block of your front door. David Lam park, host of the Vancouver International Jazz festival is one block away, just across the neighbourhood gathering place, the Roundhouse (converted pavilion from Expo 86, the BC entry to the worlds fair in 1986). Tennis courts and fabulous green space are at your doorstep.  
 
This unit features a separated office/den space, with T1 high speed internet access at no extra charge. We can also arrange for the use of a computer during your stay, should you require one. Other amenities include full size in suite washer/dryer, and a 32 inch LCD TV with DVD/CD player.

Shopping along Hamilton Street is not to be missed, nor along Robson Street, where you can grab a cup of great coffee or sip a cocktail at myriad different venues.  
 
Just at your doorstep, the Seawall leads to Stanley Park where quiet repose from the bustle of the city can be found. The North Shore mountains are just a 30 minute drive away, where world class skiing, snowboarding and mountain biking await. Of course, we are glad to host the 2010 winter Olympics in Vancouver and Whistler, with Whistler being just 95 minutes away along the newly done Sea to Sky Highway.

				Low Season Price:	$800 per Week
				High Season Price:	$1,000 per Week

50% of total rent due at time of booking, along with $500 damaage deposit. Remainder of rent billed about a week before you arrive. We accept VISA, MC, and INTERAC money transfers plus bank certified cheques. Damage deposit is refunded next business day after you check out, and is subject to mutual inspection when you check in and before you leave.
