Numerous activities are only a short distance away, such as bike rentals, rollerblading, walks, and picnics are available within a half a block of your front door. David Lam park, host of the Vancouver International Jazz festival is one block away, just across the neighbourhood gathering place, the Roundhouse (converted pavilion from Expo 86, the BC entry to the worlds fair in 1986). 50% of total rent due at time of booking, along with $500 damaage deposit. Remainder of rent billed about a week before you arrive. We accept VISA, MC, and INTERAC money transfers plus bank certified cheques. Damage deposit is refunded next business day after you check out, and is subject to mutual inspection when you check in and before you leave.
